I rarely find these with silver-tone hardware they're usually always in the brass color. The other rarity is to find these with their original keys, this one works and opens/closes the lock just like it did the day it was made, a rare find indeed.
This French antique doctor bag is in a beautiful condition for its age, the leather has a beautiful patina but it’s nice and moisturized. The locks are in working condition the handle is nice and sturdy and the lining is clean overall (please note that the bag is over 100 years old so it won’t be pristine).
The bag measures approximately:
14”x7”x5.5” at the base. The handle is 3” high.
